As a part of the StartUp Kitchen incubation, foodentreprenuers receive the chance to run a restaurant out of an existing establishment. Limited tickets are sold to give diners a chance to sample and critique the winning concept with a three courses meal. Diners will have the opportunity to meet the operating restaurateur and provide feedback in real-time to help
enhance the final concept.
Startup Restaurant-DC DOSA in Domku
DC Dosa, the winning concept presented by Priya Ammu offers dosas, the popular Indian lentil and rice pancake, three way: three fillings and three chutneys made to order and ready to go. The fillings and chutneys vary seasonally and are vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free. DC Dosa expects lunch and late night to be popular times for dosas among its urban, well-traveled, international, foodie clientele base.
